You could do most of that here on Ning for free. You can purchase the domain if you want. All the tools are here. What I don't know is if nurses as a group are into social networking. You'd need to find out where they hang out and go hang out there and direct them to your network on Ning. They may be on Facebook, or Myspace, or somewhere else. Twitter is good to generate a buzz too. You could create a cool video and post it on YouTube.

Actually, I am trying to find out if any Healthcare recruiters know of any RN's mainly Critical Care who are going to be or might want to move to the Seattle Washington area. The specific area is Bellevue, Washington. It is a beautiful suburb of Seattle with great schools, housing and a $10,000 retention bonus for F/T Critical Nurses with relo assistance as well. As you know this area is known for Microsoft, Amazon.com, Starbucks and Nordstroms headquarters to name a few. I'm sure you also know the weather is quite different from San Diego, but some people want to relocate or will be relocating for other reasons.
I asked if this is a good venue because this is a job for RN"s. If this is not the place, please let me know.
