Yahoo fall out!

This is prime time to be building up your talent pipeline. I'm curious to see what sites, forums, blogs, groups, etc. that everyone is using to find the talent that fell victim to the Yahoo lay offs.

I've been to facebook, fudco, linkedin, and technorati, but i'm certain there's more out there. What are you guy's using?
