Internet Search Tools - Are They Worth The Money?
I recently started a new gig as a contract recruiter for ICW Group. The company relied heavily on third-party recruiters to fill their positions, but is now looking to build its own internal recruiting function. Sourcing has been a real challenge for the in-house team, and we're now looking at purchasing search tool software (TalentHook, AIRS SourcePoint, etc.) to augment our sourcing capabilities.
I'm curious to hear anyone's thoughts on these tools? Are they worth the cost?
