Hey Monica, I'm a consultant & we are getting ready to work with a firm of recruiters that are going to need some training help on how to interview, effectivly assess resumes, etc, etc... but our main recruiting expert is out of the country for this project. We are doing some field research & I would really appreciate if you could tell me the most challenging things about being a recruiter. It would help us formulate a plan for our client about how to best help up & coming recruiters. If you have any words of wisdom on this topic or some personal ideas about what has been challenging or difficult or some issues we should definitly cover for newer recruiters, please please enlighten us! Thanks a lot in advance,
