I'm 26 years old and I want to break into the Recruiting Industry. I have been in Wholesale Mortgage Banking, as a sales executive for the last 6 years. I would love to network with professionals in the recruiting industry. I hope this blog will help me break in;-)

My email is ledorze@gmail.com. So TekSystems mainly focuses on technical positions in the bio, Telecom and IT/Software space. They are in the top 3 nationally for staffing firms. I know the branch manager very well, Gary Coleman, great guy to work for. They don’t have openings for recruiters that often, so I would jump on this one.

Dan is a good friend; he will be a great resource for you to get an opportunity to interview with Gary’s team.

That is very nice of you. Let me make a few changes to my resume. I have been in wholesale mortgage lending (sales) for the last 7 years. I have worked for some of the largest firms in the world. However it has been tough to break into recruiting. I have something I'm working on with Wells Fargo to try and stay in the business, I will know this week if it will work out. I will keep you posted that way I dont have you work on it for nothing;-) If anything we can always network;-) I will know by Friday and I will email you on your personal email.
