About Me:

Mark Hamade is the Vice President of Human Capital at DATASKILL, a world class privately held consulting firm based in San Diego. DATASKILL has two major practice areas: Business Consulting and Technology Services. Business Consulting includes IT Strategy, Business Process Integration, IT Transformation, Architecture Assessment and Corporate Governance. Technology Services is comprised of Integration Services, Software Engineering, Managed Hosting Services, Education and Training.

After more than 12 years of leadership experience with top-tier companies, his mission is to expand and build upon the world class team at DATASKILL. Unique growth opportunities exist for DATASKILL given their excellent track record spanning over 27 years and the company’s superb reputation among their remarkable list of Fortune 500 clients.

The focus, in his role as VP of Human Capital, is to leverage company growth opportunities through fulfillment and management of the consulting lifecycle that includes staff planning, development and deployment as well as administration of staff selection, retention and training. As part of the DATASKILL management team he will assess, coordinate, and implement HR practices and programs to facilitate growth as part of the overall strategic plan for the company. Evaluation of HR procedures, data management technologies, outsourcing opportunities and any merger and acquisition opportunities will be top priority.

He is currently creating a comprehensive Human Capital plan for DATASKILL. The plan will develop a world class HR division that will create short and long range budgets, goals, objectives, policies and operating procedures. It will articulate strategic recruitment, equal opportunity selection programs and programs for regulatory compliance.

Before joining DATASKILL, Hamade held senior positions with RampRate where he was instrumental in helping them achieve being #2 ITO Sourcing Advisory Ranking, DHR International and Grafton Executive Search. He served 7+ years in the Marine Corps Reserves. He is a graduate of Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas, where he received a bachelor’s of science degree in criminal justice, and also completed course work for a master’s degree in criminal justice. Hamade is a member of the Human Capital Institute, Business Week Advisory Board, Society for Human Resource Management, Main Street Angel, and the prestigious Madison Who’s Who.

When not focusing on DATASKILL, his passion is to assist companies in finding capital or investors in recommending companies to invest in. He has an excellent network of private equity firms, venture capital firms, investment banks, as well as various funding sources. Hamade is an active board member of Florence Crittenton Youth Academy Board. Founded in 1896, Florence Crittenton is the oldest social service agency in Arizona, with a long and dramatic history.

His passions include sailing, the fantasy football, college basketball, reading, traveling and his three dogs.

BS Criminal Justice, Washburn University and completed post graduate course work for a Master’s Degree.
