Ms. Duguay’s nineteen plus years of corporate and contingency recruiting experience provide her in-depth understanding of the staffing industry. She began her recruiting career in 1988 when she joined Prestige Personnel, Inc., a Los Angeles-based staffing and recruiting firm. Recruiting primarily for administrative, accounting and marketing positions for a diverse collection of corporations. In 1990, she received her Certified Employment Specialist certification from CAPC. She left Prestige Personnel in 1992 to serve the staffing needs of public and private companies until relocating to San Diego in 1996, where she joined AppleOne Employment Services, Inc. as an Account Executive. Ms. Duguay enjoyed a successful and exciting two-year tenure with AppleOne before leaving in 1998 to open Direct Resources Employment Services, Inc. For the five years that followed, Direct Resources Employment Services, Inc. successfully served the recruiting and staffing needs of companies throughout San Diego County.

In 2003, Ms. Duguay joined Westaff as Branch Manager. Over the next year she built and managed a successful team of recruiters and was recognized for generating over $1.4 million in new client business, over $800,000 more than the runner-up branch. In 2005, Ms. Duguay elected to become part of the newest company division, the Permanent Placement Team, and was ranked the #2 Recruiter in the Nation for 2006, before joining the incredible Kaizen Staffing recruiting team--the BEST recruiting/executive search firm for top-tier niche recruiting.
