Jossette Guajardo and friends started the San Diego Recruiting Google Group which Jossette describes as a networking site where HR professionals can share information for free.

San Diego Recruiters Roundtable (SDRR) is probably the most well known and largest group of recruiters in San Diego. Recently the service changed their model and you can now register at SDRecruiters by paying a small fee. SDRR is not for agency recruiters or anyone who charges a fee for placement.
